Ambeca creates design-led jewellery, including pieces crafted with brass or copper alloy bases, 18K gold plating, rose gold plating, silver-tone plating, cubic zirconia, decorative stones, enamel-effect colour, mother-of-pearl effect details, black inlay and other decorative finishes.
We make every effort to display product colours, materials, proportions and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colours accurately.
Product images, descriptions, specifications, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Some pieces may have slight differences due to lighting, photography, production, finishing, stone setting, plating tone or hand-finishing processes. These variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect address information, public holidays, weather conditions, peak seasons or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed delivery, returned parcels, additional delivery charges or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the parcel or failure to complete required delivery communication, any reshipping fees or related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Duties and Taxes
For selected destinations, duties and import taxes may be included in the price paid at checkout or covered through our shipping arrangement.
Where duties and taxes are included, customers should not be charged additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.
If additional charges are caused by incorrect delivery information, refusal to accept the parcel, failed delivery attempts, or failure to complete required customs or delivery communication, those costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Eligible items may be returned within the return window stated in our Refund Policy, provided that the item is unworn, unused, undamaged and returned with all original packaging, jewellery pouch, cards, gifts and accessories.
Items that are worn, used, damaged, scratched, stained, missing packaging, or returned without approval may be refused.
Certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect, including earrings for hygiene reasons, custom-made items, engraved or personalized items, resized or specially adjusted items, Final Sale items, clearance items, gifts with purchase and promotional items.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees, customs charges, return shipping costs and any additional fees caused by failed delivery or incorrect address information are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to our Warranty Policy.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover natural plating wear, scratches, oxidation, discoloration, accidental damage, misuse, bending, water exposure, perfume, sweat, cosmetics, chemicals, improper storage, third-party repairs, normal signs of wear, gifts with purchase, promotional items or Final Sale items.
For warranty claims, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Jewellery Care
Ambeca jewellery should be treated with care.
To help preserve the finish, avoid contact with water, perfume, alcohol, cosmetics, sweat, lotions, cleaning products, salt water, chlorine and chemicals.
We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping or applying skincare, perfume or makeup.
Natural plating wear, scratches, oxidation and colour changes may occur over time with normal use. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards
Promotions, discounts and offers are subject to change, suspension or cancellation at any time without notice.
Promotional codes must be used at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Gift cards, store credit, gifts with purchase, promotional items and Final Sale items are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If an order containing a gift with purchase is returned, the gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, we may deduct the value of the gift from the refund.
