How do I join AMBECA Rewards?
Create a free AMBECA customer account. You can already view and spend available Store Credit there. Expanded VIP earning and benefits have not launched.
What are AMBECA Points?
Points on your account page show the equivalent of your available Store Credit: 100 points = US$1. They are not a second balance. New purchase-point earning is still being prepared.
What does VIP free standard shipping include?
The planned Gold and Diamond benefit has no order minimum and applies to standard delivery to eligible US addresses only. It is not a worldwide shipping offer. See shipping details.
How many points will a jewellery purchase earn?
When purchase earning launches, eligible paid jewellery will earn 1 point per US$1 of qualifying merchandise spend for Member and Silver, and 2× for Gold and Diamond. PRIME fees, shipping, tax, refunds and amounts paid with Store Credit or gift cards will not earn points.
What is the return-shipping reimbursement?
We plan a first eligible return or exchange shipping reimbursement of up to US$10 Store Credit for Gold and Diamond, subject to request and approval. It is not active yet.
What happens to pending purchase points after a return?
Purchase rewards are planned to stay pending until 30 days after confirmed delivery and a final eligibility check. Returned, refunded or cancelled merchandise will not earn those points.
Can I add my birthday now?
Yes. You can save your date of birth in the Membership area of your account. Birthday discount codes are not active yet; the planned birthday-month offer is 10% for Member and Silver, 15% for Gold and 20% for Diamond, once per year on eligible jewellery.
How will my VIP level change?
Automatic tier changes are being prepared. The planned thresholds are Silver at US$1, Gold at US$300 and Diamond at US$600 in qualifying paid jewellery spend over the previous 365 days, after merchandise refunds.
How do I spend my Store Credit?
Sign in at checkout and apply your available Store Credit to your remaining balance. There is no 30%-of-order Store Credit cap. The amount you can spend depends on your available balance and the order.
Does AMBECA Store Credit expire?
AMBECA reward Store Credit currently has no set expiry date. We will update the terms if this changes for future rewards.
Is Diamond priority support available?
Priority support is a planned Diamond benefit, not an active service yet. For help now, please use our contact page.
