Order Preparation

Most orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed.

During peak seasons, new collection launches, public holidays, or periods of high order volume, preparation may take slightly longer.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 


Duties & Taxes Included

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union and Australia, duties and import taxes are included in the price paid at checkout.

This means you should not be charged additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.

If there are any issues with customs clearance or import charges, please contact us with your order number and delivery notice, and we will assist you with the logistics provider.

Please note that additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information, refusal to accept the parcel, failed delivery attempts, or failure to complete required delivery communication are not covered.

 


Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us with your order number and we will help check the status with the logistics provider.

 


Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to complete delivery communication, any reshipping fees or related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

 


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Please make sure your shipping address, contact information, product selection, size, and colour are correct before placing your order.

 


Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Military addresses

  • Mail forwarding addresses

  • Temporary residence addresses

  • Restricted or sanctioned regions

Please provide a complete residential or business address at checkout.

Orders placed with unsupported or incomplete delivery addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

 


Delayed Parcels

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or unexpected logistics delays.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us with your order number and we will help check the status with the logistics provider.

 


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, mailbox, front desk, reception area, building management, or with neighbours.

Please also contact the local carrier directly, as they may have the most up-to-date delivery information.

If you still cannot locate your parcel after 3 business days, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery scan with your order number.

We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for lost parcels after a confirmed delivery scan.

 


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a missing or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the items received, and a photo of the shipping label so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
