A complimentary one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the day your original order is received.

If you believe your AMBECA jewelry has a manufacturing defect, submit a repair request from your account. We will review your order and the issue before giving you shipping instructions. If the repair is not covered, we will quote the cost and proceed only with your approval.
How a repair request works

Open Warranty & Repairs in your AMBECA account, select the order, and describe the problem.
Wait for our review
Our team checks eligibility and may request photos. Do not ship your jewelry before you receive return instructions.
Ship with tracking
After approval, pack the item securely and send it by a trackable service. Save the tracking number in your account.
Warranty Terms
- The complimentary warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser for one year from the date the order was received.
- You pay the cost of shipping the item to us. Please pack it securely and use a trackable shipping method; untracked parcels cannot be processed.
- Damage from misuse, modification, third-party repair or resizing, and normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Discoloration from chemicals, cosmetics, pool or bath water, and ordinary wear to metal or settings are not manufacturing defects.
- We assess each item before confirming coverage. For work outside the warranty, we will provide a quote and ask for your consent before repairing it.
Keep your order details and proof of delivery. Please do not send an item until our team has reviewed your request and provided a return address.
