Can I join AMBECA PRIME today?
Not yet. The membership product is still a draft, so this page is a preview rather than an enrolment or checkout page.
How much will PRIME cost?
The planned options are US$15 monthly, US$29 every 3 months, or US$45 every 12 months. These are total charges per renewal period, not monthly instalments. We will confirm them at checkout before enrolment opens.
What does 2× purchase rewards mean?
When launched, eligible paid jewellery purchases made while PRIME is active are planned to earn twice the standard reward rate. The PRIME membership fee itself will not earn points, and returned or refunded jewellery will not qualify.
Will PRIME include free standard shipping?
A standard-shipping benefit is planned for eligible US delivery addresses. It will not mean worldwide free shipping; the full eligible-region terms will be confirmed at launch.
How will member-only prices work?
Selected eligible jewellery may receive a PRIME price after you sign in with an active membership. The product exclusions and any discount-combination rules will be published before the benefit goes live.
How will I manage or cancel my membership?
After enrolment opens, Shopify's subscription-management area in your AMBECA account will show your plan and cancellation option. The selected plan is intended to renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; final terms will appear before payment.
What happens if I cancel before my paid period ends?
Our planned entitlement rule keeps access through the paid-through date and stops future renewals. This has been checked for a monthly plan in a simulated customer-account test; 3- and 12-month plans still need their own tests before launch.
Can I get a refund for a PRIME membership payment?
No PRIME enrolment is available now. We will publish the exact membership-payment refund and cancellation terms before accepting a subscription; this preview does not set a non-refundable policy.
What is return-shipping support?
Support for an eligible return or exchange is planned. The amount, evidence required and claim process have not been finalized, so it is not a benefit you can claim today.
Are birthday gifts or event giveaways included?
