AMBECA design and manufacturing are headquartered in Hong Kong.

Do you have any retail locations?

Jewelry

Are the stones real diamonds?

Our diamond-like stones are cubic zirconia, a lab-created alternative chosen for its clear sparkle and brilliance, rather than natural diamonds. Other gemstones and pearls are identified in the product description. Learn about the stones we use.

Will this jewelry turn my skin green?

Not with normal wear while the protective plating is intact. Our PVD finish helps keep the brass base from contacting your skin. Follow our care guide to protect the finish.

For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off naturally.

Our 18K gold PVD finish is made for lasting shine. Proper care helps preserve its colour: avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces, and store each piece separately. If you notice a problem, contact our team so we can review it under our one-year warranty. See our Jewellery Care Guide.

Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?

Request an authorised return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep the jewellery unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include any promotional gifts. What is your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sign in to your AMBECA account to request a return and wait for approval before sending it back.
